Registered Manager
Salary: Up to £45,000 | Full-time | Permanent
We are looking for a passionate and experienced manager to lead our modern care facility in Norwich.
As Registered Manager, you will oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring full CQC compliance and the delivery of safe, person-centred care. Working closely with our senior management team, you will lead a skilled staff group, manage resources effectively, and support the continued growth of the service. Strong support is provided by Head Office (HR, Finance, Recruitment, Marketing, Compliance and Governance).
Key Responsibilities
Maintain CQC compliance and exceed regulatory standards.
Ensure safe, personalised care through assessment and person-centred planning.
Implement effective quality assurance and resolve complaints appropriately.
Promote independence, dignity and choice for all residents.
Ensure flexible, reliable and consistent service provision.
Manage referrals in line with organisational timescales.
Leadership & Team Management
Oversee recruitment, workforce planning, training, supervision and performance management.
Maintain healthy, safe working practices and provide ongoing guidance.
Resource Management
Manage budgets and resources efficiently.
Support cost-effective operational controls.
Requirements
2+ years’ experience as a Registered Manager in a care home.
Proven success in achieving and maintaining high occupancy.
Strong relationship-building skills with local authorities, GPs and hospitals.
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or equivalent).
Excellent understanding of CQC regulations and the Health & Social Care Act.
Ability to deliver outstanding person-centred care and lead a full staffing team.
Full UK driving licence.
