Salary: Totally Negotiable - £65,000 - £70,000

My client is looking for an experienced home manager to oversee the day-to-day running of their award-winning home in Peterborough. The home has been awarded the Dementia Quality Mark by central Cambridgeshire county council. They have also won awards for the facilities at the home recently the landscaped gardens won the Enchancing Lives' local community award.
The company you will be working for is a family run business that has been operating for over 30 years and is still run by the family all homes that they oversee have been rated Good' by CQC and are now working to improve that rating to Outstanding'.
Each home is run as an individual entity responsible for their own budgets, staffing and vision however they are part of a fraternity, which offers support and friendship as well as constructive professional feedback and operational sustainability
The successful Registered Home Manager candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
- 1 - 2 years Home Management experience in a medium to large home
- Share a passion for hands-on personalised care
- Experience with elderly, dementia care
- Good knowledge CQC and local authority standards
Ideal candidates should have worked as a Registered home manager / Home manager / Registered Manager / Nursing home manager in the Cambridgeshire area
