Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Children's Home Manager to lead our 4-bed EBD home in Walsall. This role is an excellent opportunity for a Deputy Manager ready to advance their career or an experienced Manager looking to join a reputable company with a collective managerial tenure of 100 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the children's home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead and develop a team of care professionals to provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children with emotional and behavioral difficulties.
- Implement and monitor individualized care plans, working closely with children, families, and external agencies.
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in children's residential care.

Qualifications:
- Relevant Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a managerial or deputy managerial role within a children's residential setting.
