Home Type: 2-Bed EBD (Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties) Children’s Home
Role Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (OTE £70,000)
About the Role:
You’ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment where children aged 8–17 can thrive. With your leadership, you’ll empower staff and ensure the highest standards of care and compliance are delivered.

About You:
- Experienced in children’s residential care, with a strong understanding of safeguarding
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or working towards)
- Confident in leading a team and managing Ofsted inspections
- Compassionate, resilient, and truly committed to making a difference
