Registered Home Manager required to manage a well established residential home based in the Bath area for a developing care provider.
We are looking for an experienced manager with a background in residential home management and a proven track record of achieving Good ratings, be quality focused and also be commercially astute. You must also have a background in elderly / dementia care.

The requirements:
• Elderly / Dementia care experience
• NVQ5 / previously registered
• Be commercially astute
• Must be quality focused
• Caring, compassionate and organised
