Registered Home Manager required to manage a well established nursing home based in Rhayader for a developing care provider.
We are looking for an experienced manager with a background in nursing or residential home management experience and a proven track record of achieving Good ratings, be quality focused and also be commercially astute. You must also have a background in elderly / dementia care.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading provider who will support the development of your career, provide you with a strong clinical team to support in the day to day running of the home and have the guidance and support from your regional manager.
The requirements:
- Nurse or background in nursing homes
- Must have a passion for elderly care
- To have QCF Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services
- Be commercially astute
- Must be quality focused
- Caring, compassionate and organised
