Registered Home Manager required to manage a well established residential home based in the Plymouth / Ivybridge area for a developing care provider.
We are looking for an experienced manager with a background in residential home management and a proven track record of achieving Good ratings, be quality focused and also be commercially astute. You must also have a background in elderly / dementia care.
Our client owns 8 services across the South West all specialising in elderly and dementia care. They have a great reputation within the sector and have won many awards as both employers and as a provider. They are looking for someone passionate who shares their values and who would like to progress within the business as they continue to grow.
The requirements:
• Elderly / Dementia care experience
• NVQ5 / previously registered
• Be commercially astute
• Must be quality focused
