Location: Near Deal, Kent
Salary: Up to £56,000 | Full-Time | Permanent

I am currently recruiting for a Care Home Manager for one of our well-established homes located near Deal, Kent. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated individual to lead a committed team and make a real difference in the lives of the residents.
About the Role:
As the Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and success of the home. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and lead your team with professionalism and compassion.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a large, multidisciplinary care team
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards
Oversee all aspects of the home's daily operations
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement and staff development
Ideal Candidate:
Already an experienced Registered Manager or a strong Deputy Manager ready for the next step
NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it – desirable)
Strong background in team management
Good working knowledge of CQC standards and regulations
Experience and understanding of dementia care (desirable)
Confident, compassionate, and committed to delivering high-quality care
