Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for your next exciting challenge? I am seeking a dedicated and dynamic leader to take the helm of a well-established, medium-sized care home located close to Sittingbourne, Kent.
About the Role
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance. You will lead and inspire your team to deliver person-centred support in a safe, caring, and positive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day operations of the home, maintaining full regulatory compliance.Drive continuous improvement and quality care in line with CQC standards.Promote a positive staff culture, encouraging teamwork, development, and high morale.Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the home’s sustainability and success.Work collaboratively with regional and senior management teams to achieve business objectives.
About You
You are a well-established Registered Manager, ideally with proven turnaround experience.You have excellent knowledge of CQC requirements and a track record of achieving strong inspection outcomes.You are a motivational leader with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.You are passionate about creating a positive, person-centred care environment for both residents and staff.You thrive as part of a collaborative and supportive team.
