Purosearch are working with a one of the UK’s largest providers of community, residential and supported living care for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

The role of Registered Manager will be based in Chesterfield and will oversee management of a small residential home for 18 – 65 years old with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Complex Needs

As Registered Manager you will have:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organisational, report writing and time management skills.
• Solid understanding of CQC regulation.
• Experience in identifying, developing and maintaining effective relationships with service users, commissioners and other stakeholders
• Understanding and commitment to safeguarding.
• Be a team player

Requirements for the Registered Manager:

• Experience within Residential Home Management
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services or other relevant qualifications
• Excellent understanding of all CQC regulations
• Good IT skills
