Are you an experienced and passionate Childrens Home Manager looking to join a very supportive and progressive company offering a great progression opportunity?

This company have a great structure in place you will have a HR team, excellent RI, compliance managers and a referrals coordinator to enable you to be an effective registered children’s home manager.

I am searching for my client a Children’s Home Manager for a NEW EBD home in Canterbury.

As the Registered Children’s Home Manager you will be joining the company to open the home, register with Ofsted, take part in recruitment, decisions on referrals for the home and settling the children in.

The role will also involve you holding staff meetings, training staff, liaising with the local councils and schools and strive to ensure the home is running smoothly and operating at the highest Ofsted standards possible.

In return for your hard work, you will be offered a great salary of £48,000 once you gain registration! You can earn an additional £12,000 in bonuses depending on Ofsted ratings and occupancy! There is also a £5,000 welcome package / relocation package!

To apply you need to have held registration with Ofsted previously and be enrolled onto the Level 5 Diploma Leadership & Management for Children and Young People.
