Job Overview:
My client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the management and day-to-day operations of their nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the nursing home.
Provide leadership and guidance to the care team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold the highest standards of care.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and the local community.
Manage budgets effectively, demonstrating financial acumen.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in nursing home management.
While nursing qualifications are not mandatory, previous experience in a similar role is essential.
Preferred NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
