Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and homely environment for residents.
Provide strong leadership to a team of compassionate and skilled care professionals.
Utilise your expertise in dementia care to enhance the quality of life for residents.
Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ensure holistic care for residents.
Manage budgets, resources, and regulatory compliance to uphold the highest standards of care.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a managerial role within a care setting, with a focus on dementia care.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in dementia care.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A passion for delivering person-centered care and enhancing the well-being of individuals with dementia.
