We are seeking an energetic, committed, and skilled individual to take on the role of Registered Manager for a Good CQC rated specialist residential service for adults with a Learning Disability based in Grimsby.
My client is a well-established care provider that specialises in learning disability support with many years of experience. They offer an individual service that is tailored to suit the needs of the customer.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home ensuring that targets are achieved whist providing the highest standards of care. As a result, knowledge of budgeting, marketing and resource management is an essential requirement and well as the ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
As the Registered Manager you will be managing the full operations of the home including:
Review of care and support plans
Overseeing the running of the service
Staff Rotas and Staff management and appraisal
Networking with outside organisations
Health and safety and risk assessments
In Return my client will offer a competitive salary up to £28,000 depending on experience.
