Job Title: Registered Manager
Location: Littlehampton, West Sussex
Salary: £38,000 + £2000 welcome bonus
Position Overview:
I am seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead a team and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to the residents. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the residential home.
Providing leadership and support to a team of dedicated care staff.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
Developing and implementing care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents.
Building strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders.
Managing budgets and resources effectively to maintain high standards of care.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a residential care setting for individuals with learning disabilities, ASD, and Autism.
Registered Manager qualification (desirable).
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise workload.
Passionate about delivering person-centered care and promoting independence.
Interview Process:
The selection process will consist of two stages:
First-stage interview: Face-to-face meeting with the Area Director to discuss your experience, skills, and suitability for the role.
Second-stage interview: Meeting with the Managing Director to further assess your fit for the position and discuss your vision for the role.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary up to £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
£2000 welcome bonus upon successful completion of probationary period.
