Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to join a respected care organisation based across the South West, we are looking for a passionate Registered Manager to oversee a 30 bed nursing and residential home specialising in elderly/dementia care.

To apply you must be a Registered Manager with a background in adult social care, 12 months + being registered with CQC and business development experience. The home requires a manager who is passionate about care standards, able to run all aspects of the business and able to build good working relationships within the local community. Although the home is nursing you do not need a PIN however we are looking for someone who has previously managed a clinical team.

Registered Manager Requirements:

-Management experience
-Preferable NVQ Level 5
-Knowledge of care and safety Standards
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Good IT, finance and organisational skills
-Background in adult care

Registered Manager Responsibilities:

-Ensuring high quality support within the homes and maintaining care standards
-Support, development and training for staff
-Organisation of rotas, finances and report writing
-Liaising with external bodies
