Position: Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care / Home Care
Location: North Manchester
Salary: £32,000 +

On behalf of my client I am seeking an experienced Home Care / Domiciliary Manager to join an established and leading provider of bespoke and person centered care to the elderly, people living with dementia and complex needs within their own homes.
The oganisation is dedicated to providing outstanding care with and is a highly regarded company within the local community; with excellent links with the Local Authority and CQC. This is an established branch which is growing steadily due to the high quality care that is provided to all clients.

This excellent organisation requires an experienced Registered Domiciliary Manager to lead and develop an outstanding care team – with experience of delivering training, mentoring staff and business development. A thorough knowledge of CQC requirements, Quality assurance and Audits is essential.

I am seeking a dynamic, determined and experienced Registered Manager to join a fantastic, supportive and expanding organisation.

The successful Registered Domiciliary Manager will have at least 2 years’ senior managerial experience, have a strong knowledge of CQC and have a NVQ Level 4 or working towards a level 5 in Health and Social Care / Leadership and Management.
This might also be a great opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Care Coordinator or Deputy Manager who is working towards their NVQ Level 5 looking for the next step up in their career.

Role and Requirements of the Registered Domiciliary Manager:
• Professional Qualification – NVQ Level 5 or NVQ Level 4 (Or working towards)
• Management experience of 2 years +.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Experience of recruitment, delivering training and induction to staff.
• Experience of supporting the elderly, people living with Learning Disabilities / Challenging behaviour.
