Job Title: Registered Manager - Nursing Home
Location: Maidstone, Kent
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our nursing home located in the picturesque town of Maidstone, Kent. As a Registered Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents, particularly those with dementia.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Lead and inspire a team of dedicated healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents, with a focus on dementia care.
Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes the well-being and dignity of residents.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies to enhance the overall quality of care.
Requirements:
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
Proven experience in managing a nursing home, with a specific focus on dementia care.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
A Nurse pin is preferred but not essential.
