An experienced children’s home manager or strong deputy children’s home manager to join this values based organisation who have child focused ethos and they offer a great package with outstanding benefits for all staff members!
The children’s home manager will be managing a new 4 bed children’s home for children and young people with emotional and behavioural disorders. The home is equipped to a high standard to feel like a family home. You will recruit your own team and have autonomy to deal with your own placements and will be looked after by a close by senior manager.
To Apply you must have:
– Deputy or registered manager experience gained within children’s residential services
– Level 3 Children & Young people in the workforce qualification and ideally be enrolled onto the Level 5 Diploma Children’s residential qualification.
– Passion to deliver the highest standards of care and positive outcomes for children and young people.
