They operate a large service in Sittingbourne, Kent, catering to both residential and nursing residents with a focus on delivering exceptional care tailored to individual needs.

Role Overview:
My client is seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Manager to oversee the management of their large service. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of person-centered care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive and supportive environment for both residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of the service, including operational, clinical, and administrative functions.
Implement and maintain high standards of care, in line with regulatory requirements and best practice guidelines.
Provide strong leadership and support to the staff team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain effective systems for quality assurance, performance monitoring, and risk management.
Foster positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, including safeguarding and health & safety regulations.

Requirements:
Proven experience in managing a large care service, preferably within a residential and nursing setting.
Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of best practices in elderly care, with particular emphasis on dementia care.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Nurse pin preferred but not essential, although candidates must have a deep understanding of clinical processes.
A commitment to promoting dignity, respect, and independence for all residents.
Relevant qualifications and/or certifications in health and social care management (desirable).
