Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our nursing home in Dagenham. This permanent position involves working daytime shifts to provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients in accordance with clinical guidelines.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatment plans.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
