Would you like to join a leading provider of specialist nursing care in a complex needs care home in Telford which will support adults living with acquired brain injuries, complex mental health needs, dementia and physical disabilities?
Purosearch want to hear from nurse qualified Home Managers or experienced Deputy's who have a proven track record of running a successful nursing home.

About you:
• You will have previous experience as a successful Home Manager or Exceptional Deputy Manager
• A Valid NMC Pin is essential
• Be commercially aware with evidenced results within the health care sector.
• Have profit and Loss experience
• Will hold a Good' or Outstanding' CQC report or be a Deputy who has assisted to this.
• Have outstanding communication skills.

As the successful Home Manager you will have autonomy over every detail of the Nursing home including recruitment, admissions, quality management & lead on CQC.
