Purosearch are working with a respected leading provider to recruit a Registered Nursing Home Manager to oversee an award winning dementia service in Truro, we are looking for a Manager with 3 years + registered with CQC, valid NMC PIN and business development experience.

As Registered Nursing Home Manager you will oversee the day to day management of the home, manage the clinical and support staff, ensure compliance, build good links with local inspectors. You will be the role model for your team, and you’ll inspire your them to provide the best care possible,

We are looking for a Registered Nursing Home Manager with specialist knowledge in dementia care to ensure the delivery of all care services are of the highest standard. You’ll oversee the home’s finances, including managing the sales team and ensuring they deliver on revenue targets, as well as budget planning and cost control.

You must have NVQ5 to register with CQC, good understanding of clinical and residential care, 3 years + Home Management experience, vallid NMC PIN and understand how to develop a care home.
