Registered Supportive Living Manager
Location: Rochester - commutable from Maidstone, Gravesend, Sittingbourne, Faversham etc
Salary: £38,000 per annum
Are you an experienced Registered Supported Living Manager that is able to provide support to an established service based in Rochester.
They require a manager that has the following experience
·Extensive experience of managing large staff teams
·Able to demonstrate a strong background with CQC and the ability to achieve Good in a failing home
·Able to offer stability and resolve issues with a calm and methodical approach
·Ideally worked in a Supportive Living environment or respite service
·Experienced in learning disabilities, mental health and complex care
My client has an excellent reputation for supporting management and staff to enable them to provide the highest standards of care. The Service requires an experienced service manager.
