Purosearch are looking for an experienced and determined Residential Care Home Manager
to join a residential care home in the Stoke-on-Trent area. This is a medium service that has a GOOD cqc in all areas. Its been well established for many years and has a fantastic reputation with the local community.
My client prides themselves on offering a highly professional care service for the elderly, with a personal touch. Theyre seeking a strong, individual with drive and commitment who is seeking a rewarding and exciting challenge.
The Residential Care Home Manager will have the following experience and qualifications:
Proven track record of successful home management.
Occupancy focused.
Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards.
NVQ 5 in health and social care.
Good knowledge and background of the care sector.
Enthusiasm, drive, determination and charisma.
The Residential Care Home Manager duties will include:
Overall responsibility of the home.
Staff management/appraisals/Training.
Care plans/reviews/meetings.
Budget.
