Key Responsibilities:
• Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, including staff management, budgeting, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Resident Care: Provide leadership in delivering person-centered care to residents with learning disabilities, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
• Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and manage a team of care professionals, ensuring the highest standards of care and support.
• Family and Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with residents' families and engage with the local community to enhance the well-being of our residents.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in managing a care home for individuals with learning disabilities.
• Understanding of relevant regulations and standards in the care industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Compassion, patience, and dedication to improving the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.
