Registered Manager Job Role:
• Working along side the Registered Manager you will have responsibility of the home
• Staff management/ appraisals/ training
• Care plans/ reviews/ meetings
• Budgets

Registered Manager Skills/ Qualifications:
• IT literate, competent and accurate
• Hands on practical approach, Dynamic & Enthusiastic
• To maintain & improve CQC standards
• Excellent communication, observation and listening skills
