I have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Support Worker to join a leading care organisation providing person centered and high-quality care for adults and young people with mental health needs / learning disabilities at a fantastic residential service in the Liverpool area.

The Service is and purpose built and provides expert residential care for a small number of clients. This ethical and innovative organisation have a portfolio of Supported Living and Residential Homes that span the North West and Southern Regions.

As a Senior Support Worker within this fantastic company you will be a positive and caring person with the desire to help others. In this job role it is essential you are organised with exceptional communication and leadership skills. You will have previous experience as a senior support worker / team leader / deputy manager within an elderly setting (or similar) and have a desire to make a positive difference to residents and families lives.

Requirements of the successful Senior Support Worker:
• Previous experience supporting adults and young people with LD/ Mental Health Needs / ABI
• NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care (or working towards).
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• You will have previous experience within a supervisory role and have a motivational and hands on approach to management.
