Location: Nr Mansfield
£23.79 per hour 33 hours a week (£40,823)

About the Role

Are you a registered nurse seeking a fulfilling career in a care home environment? I'm looking to recruit dedicated nurses to join our team on a day shift schedule. This role requires working three shifts per week, each lasting 12 hours (with one unpaid break), totalling 33 hours per week. The schedule includes working every other weekend.
We take pride in providing outstanding care to our residents. Our 39-bed facility features beautifully landscaped gardens and state-of-the-art facilities, creating a warm and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
• Working with the Home Manager, Clinical Lead, and fellow nurses to deliver high-quality nursing care.
• Support carers with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Administer medication, update nursing care plans, and maintain accurate daily records.
• Promote residents' choice, dignity, and independence while overseeing the care team.
• Ensure all care plans are regularly updated and evaluate patient outcomes to maintain high standards.

Essential Requirements
• Professional qualification as a Registered Nurse.
• Ability to commute to the workplace (within 30 minutes).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• IT literacy.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules.
• A positive and caring attitude towards residents.
• Desired Skills and Experience
• Knowledge of the Health and Social Care Act 2012 and related standards.
• Experience supervising a team.
• Previous experience in a nursing home setting.
