Position: Specialist Complex Mental Health/Learning Disabilities Staff Nurse
Location: Nottingham
Salary: Up to £50,000
An outstanding new service, which commenced operations in 2022, is seeking Staff Nurses to join their experienced Management Team. Applicants should possess prior experience in working with individuals who have mental health issues, learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviors. The service provides care for individuals with exceptionally challenging behaviors and complex mental health needs. The provider has a strong reputation for delivering the highest standards of care, and their sister facility has achieved Outstanding Outcomes with the CQC.

The ideal candidate will:
•Be RMN or RNLD qualified with an active PIN
•Be capable of leading a team of support staff
•Manage the home in the absence of the manager
•Have experience working with challenging behaviors
•Be passionate about nursing
