My client are a huge reputable care organisation, who have homes all across the UK, and are currently looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager who can be a Turnaround manager for some of the poorly performing homes they have in London. As the Turnaround manager, you will work closely with the Registered Managers and try to improve the CQC ratings of these services.
As the chosen candidate, it is important that you have a strong CQC background.
Candidate requirements:
- Experienced nursing home manager
- strong CQC background
- Strong communication skills
