Office Administrator
Up to £32,000 per annum DOE

The Office Coordinator is an integral member of the Children's Homes team, collaborating closely with Residential Home Managers and supporting the Director. Operating under the direction of the Home Manager, they undertake a range of tasks vital to the smooth operation of the Residential Home, while also fulfilling certain duties delegated by the Director. This role involves close coordination with both management and staff to ensure efficient day-to-day functioning and adherence to organizational objectives.

The demands of this role necessitate adaptability to address unforeseen tasks promptly, often extending beyond standard office hours. Therefore, the job description is intended to serve as a guide rather than an exhaustive list of responsibilities. The incumbent is expected to maintain a flexible approach towards their duties, which may be subject to adjustment following discussion, aligning with service requirements and the overall profile of the position.

The Benefits:
