An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join a highly regarded GP practice in Uxbridge.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care across a range of acute and chronic conditions
- Undertake autonomous clinical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Prescribe medication in line with clinical guidelines (if qualified)
- Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team
- Support service development and contribute to ongoing innovation within the practice
Requirements:
- Qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner with relevant MSc or equivalent
- Current NMC registration
- Independent Prescribing qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Experience working within primary care or general practice
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
