Position Overview:
The successful candidate will be a crucial part of the healthcare team, delivering comprehensive healthcare services and managing a diverse caseload. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic investigations.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans for both acute and chronic conditions.
- Prescribe medications and therapies in line with clinical guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Provide patient education and promote health to support self-management and disease prevention.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to developing clinical protocols and guidelines.
- Mentor and support junior staff and students, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current NMC registration.
- Master's degree in Advanced Practice or equivalent qualification.
- Extensive experience in primary care or acute care settings.
- Strong clinical skills in assessing, diagnosing, and managing a wide range of medical conditions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
