Job: Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Job Type: Permanent (full or part time)
Salary: £52,000 - £65,000 per annum
A well-established and highly reputable medical practice is seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join its dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic investigations
• Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans for both acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribe medications and therapies in line with clinical guidelines and regulatory standards
• Provide patient education and promote health to support self-management and disease prevention.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to developing clinical protocols and guidelines.
