Job Title: Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Contract: Full-time/Permanent
About the Role:
Are you an experienced and dynamic Advanced Nurse Practitioner looking to make a real difference in a vibrant community? We are seeking a highly skilled ANP to join our dedicated healthcare team in St. Albans. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop, implement, and review individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, their families, and the multidisciplinary team.
- Prescribe medications, order a
- nd interpret diagnostic tests, and refer patients to specialists as necessary.
- Lead on clinical decision-making and provide expert advice to other healthcare professionals within the team.
- Participate in service development initiatives, contributing to the continuous improvement of patient care.
- Mentor and support junior staff, fostering a culture of learning and professional development.

About You:
- Registered Nurse with an active NMC registration.
- MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in primary or urgent care settings.
- Independent prescribing qualification.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage a broad range of health conditions.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- A commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
