Job Title: Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP)

Are you an experienced and dynamic Advanced Nurse Practitioner looking to make a real difference in a vibrant community? We are seeking a highly skilled ANP to join our dedicated healthcare team in St. Albans. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Develop, implement, and review individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, their families, and the multidisciplinary team.
  • Prescribe medications, order a
  • nd interpret diagnostic tests, and refer patients to specialists as necessary.
  • Lead on clinical decision-making and provide expert advice to other healthcare professionals within the team.
  • Participate in service development initiatives, contributing to the continuous improvement of patient care.
  • Mentor and support junior staff, fostering a culture of learning and professional development.

About You:

  • Registered Nurse with an active NMC registration.
  • MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in primary or urgent care settings.
  • Independent prescribing qualification.
  • Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage a broad range of health conditions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
