About You
- Experience as a Senior Carer, Team Leader, or Deputy Manager in a care home setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good understanding of CQC standards and care regulations
- Passionate about delivering high-quality elderly or residential care
- Organised, proactive, and committed to excellence
