Contract Care Home Manager / Registered Manager
12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
URGENT – INTERVIEWS WEEK COMMENCING 22ND JUNE.
Location: Liverpool Area
Salary: £55,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Care Home Manager to lead a well-established care service in the Liverpool area on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven manager with a strong background in elderly care, regulatory compliance, and team leadership to oversee the day-to-day operations of the home and maintain high standards of care and service delivery.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Registered Care Home Manager.
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance, and quality standards.
- Experience managing budgets, occupancy, staffing, and overall home performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Ability to drive quality improvements and maintain positive inspection outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of the care home's operations.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Manage, develop, and motivate the staff team.
- Oversee budgets, occupancy levels, and business performance.
- Promote a positive culture focused on resident wellbeing and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, professionals, and external stakeholders.
Package
- Salary of £55,000 per annum.
- 12-month fixed-term contract.

Suitable applicants must have previous Care Home Management experience and hold an NVQ Level 5 qualification.
