Our client require a Care Home Manager / Registered Manager / Nursing Home Manager in Bath to oversee their 50 bed nursing and residential dementia focused service. We are ideally looking for a manager with a background in managing nursing homes without a clinical qualification.
As the Care Home Manager / Registered Manager you will manage this well presented nursing home which is a luxury service. The nursing home boasts fantastic facilities with an excellent environment that has been designed specifically for the care of elderly service users. The home has a great reputation within the local area.
As Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager you will have full responsibility for the home this will include hiring new staff, overseeing training and home promotion. As Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager you will ensure compliance with CQC standards and liaise effectively with CQC Inspectors. Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager candidates should display solid business skills including successfully filling beds and developing the homes profile within the local community.
The successful candidate will be:
-Nursing home management experience
-Strong elderly care experience
-Knowledge of CQC legislation / marketing / high calibre care provision
