An exciting and rewarding opportunity for a Registered Home Manager in the Nottingham area has become available with a fantastic care provider. The Home Manager Role is based in a medium service which has a good CQC rating in all areas, the home offers an array of activities and support to all its residents
My client is looking for an experienced, innovative and dynamic Registered Nursing Home Manager with a proven track record in leadership and management. This role would suit someone who relishes a challenge and has the drive and determination to continue to work alongside the staff and leadership team to continue improving the home and developing the team.
Job Requirements for the Registered Home Manager:
• Overall responsibility of the home
• Staff management/ appraisals/ training
• Care plans/ reviews/ meetings
• General management of the nursing areas
Skills/ Qualifications for the Registered Home Manager:
• Previous managerial experience of a nursing home (Non Nurse or Nursing Qualified)
• Hands on practical approach
• Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
• Dynamic & Enthusiastic
