An experienced residential home manager is required to oversee a long standing & well known Residential Care Home home located in Ayr.

This home is run by an award winning Scottish charity who have a fantastic reputation across Scotland. Every member of the team works hard to make sure each resident is comfortable and well cared-for, ensuring the highest standards of care at all times.

The successful Home Manager day to day role will be:

• Overall responsibility of the home
• Staff management/ appraisals/ training
• Care plans/ reviews/ meetings
• Budget & ensuring the best care is provided for residents

• Circa 30 beds
• Residential Home
• Caters for the elderly & those living with dementia in beautiful period surroundings
• Excellent support structure in place in the home
• Owned by a leading Scottish charity
• Rated at 3's with CI

What you will need to be successful:

• SVQ Level 4 Leadership & Mgmt
• Proven track record of successful care home management (2 years)
• Sound knowledge of CI and Care Standards
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Forward thinking and proactive with Christian values
