Care Home Manager required to join care home / luxury residential home based in the Swindon area. This is an amazing state of the art development. Our client prefers to hire an experienced Care Home Manager. Registered Home Manager / Care Home Manager candidates should have a proven track record of overseeing care homes with excellent resident care delivery and CQC reports. Any care home commissioning experience would be advantageous, although, this is not essential. You should have an NVQ Level 5 qualification.
As Registered Home Manager / Care Home Manager you will develop the home. You will ensure the home is filled effectively. There is a waiting list of people who are desperately keen to move to this amazing development. You will oversee care planning and ensure that the home operates as successfully as possible.
The successful Care Home Commissioning Manager / Care Home Manager candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Experienced care home manager
- Proven track record of successful care home management
- Proven success in the care home sector
- Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
- Dynamic & Enthusiastic
- Strong business management
Duties will include:
- Overall responsibility of the care home
- Commissioning the care home
- Care plans/reviews/meetings
- Budget management for the home
