Purosearch are working with a well respected family run care provider based in Merthyr Tydfil to recruit a passionate Registered Manager for the 20+ bed service providing specialist elderly care.
Our client is looking for a Registered Care Home Manager who has previously been registered with CIW, a passion for high quality care, a good understanding of the needs of people with dementia and excellent people skills.
Our client will provide you with a great deal of support to help you succeed in this role, you will also be surrounded by a full team of hard working and dedicated staff.
To apply you must have;
- Management qualification - NVQ5
- Previously worked as a registered manager in an elderly care setting
- Background in EMI / dementia care
- Knowledge of CIW and standards
- Good communication skills
