I am working with a fantastic elderly care provider who are currently looking to recruit a Care Home Commissioning Manager / Registered Care Home Manager for a brand new care home in Oxfordshire, commutable from Oxford, Wantage, Didcot, Swindon, Newbury etc.
I am looking for an experienced Care Home Manager to manage and commission a beautiful, luxury care home. This care home is one of the very best in the area. It is a state of the art, flagship care home with beautiful interiors. It is a brand new home which will open in 2024. You will join an esteemed care home provider and open this wonderful flag ship care home. The care home will provide residential care to older people including frail elderly & dementia services users.
The care home requires a hands Care Home Commissioning Manager / Registered Care Home Manager with a passion for delivering the best care. Ideally successful candidates will have commissioning experience, although strong home managers with knowledge of troubleshooting etc will also be considered. Care home manager candidates must have experience of increasing resident occupancy and marketing.

Required Skills:
- Strong care home management / nursing home management skills
- Care home commissioning experience is advantageous
-Excellent understanding of quality, compliance & regulations within a care nursing home
setting.
- Commercially aware and possess strong sales & marketing skills.
- Strong CQC knowledge
- Experience of managing compliant care homes
