Job title: Care Manager
Location: Tottenham
Salary: £19 - £20ph
Purosearch are working with a leading care provider looking for an experienced Care Manager to oversee a care service for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health disorders and challenging behaviours
As the Care Manager, you will always be ensuring the delivery of high quality services and supporting and empowering people to live independently in the community - all within a challenging, but very rewarding environment. In depth experience of risk assessments, implementing care plans, meeting financial and business targets, operational management including meeting financial and business targets.
The ideal candidate will have:
NVQ Level 4 or above in Health and Social Care, or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A very strong awareness and background of CQC policies and procedures and relevant legislation.
