Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Registered Manager as a Deputy Childrnes Home Manager to maintain high standards and foster a nurturing, family-like environment.

• Prioritize the welfare and protection of children, ensuring exceptional childcare standards.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the team through effective supervision and motivation.

• Take on managerial duties in the Registered Manager's absence. Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced senior leader or deputy children's home manager within children's residential homes.

• Holds a Level 3/Level 4 qualification in Children & Young People's Services or equivalent.

• Friendly, proactive, and a strong team player.

• Dedicated to achieving positive outcomes for children and young people. Benefits:
