This established 4-bed LD (Learning Disabilities) home operates seamlessly and maintains its current Ofsted rating of 'Good'. With a fully staffed team, the home thrives in providing exceptional care to its children. Now seeking to enhance its close-knit team, the home is in search of an experienced deputy to fill the vacancy left by the promotion of the previous deputy to the role of home manager. This opportunity presents a chance to contribute to the continued success and growth of the home, ensuring the high standard of care is maintained while fostering a supportive and nurturing environment for its residents.

The Benefits:

• Competitive salary up to £35,000 per annum

• 40hrs per week (overtime available)

This deputy opportunity offers an excellent work-life balance, with working hours scheduled from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. While maintaining this consistent schedule, there may be occasional requirements for shift cover or overtime to ensure the continuous benefit of the home, its residents, and the cohesive functioning of the team.
