Up to £60,000 per annum plus bonuses

Requirements:
Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership of Residential Childcare.
Experience: Track record of managing Ofsted registered children’s homes to a 'good' or 'outstanding' level.
Knowledge: Excellent safeguarding and regulatory knowledge.
Skills: You will have a solid grounding in therapeutic approaches. You will be an effective delegator, motivator and developer of people.
Attributes: A resourceful, committed, highly organised, team player who is unflappable under stress and able to smile when things get tough!
