Up to £63,000 per annum

Additional earning potential:

• Ofsted bonus up to £3,000.00 per year

What we're looking for

Essential:

• At least 3 years in a senior role within children’s EBD care
• Previous leadership or management experience within a children’s home
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, Ofsted regulations, and residential care standards
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
• Willingness to complete or hold Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification
• Full UK driving licence
