Position Overview:
As the Children's Home Manager, you'll lead, manage, and direct residential services to ensure top-tier care quality. Your duties span daily operations, staff oversight, budget management, and OFSTED compliance.
Requirements:
Significant experience in residential childcare, including managerial roles.
At least 1 year as a Registered Manager in Children's Residential Care.
Track record of positive outcomes with OFSTED.
Proven managerial prowess.
NVQ 5 in Leadership and Management preferred.
Passion for delivering exceptional care.
Thorough understanding of EBD, SEMH, and similar complex behaviours.
